The Li River Guangxi is a famous section of the Li River located in the Guilin/Yangshuo Area of Guangxi Province. Whilst the Li River originates in the Mao’er Mountains, which are located in Xing’an County (north of Guilin), the most spectacular and famous section of the river is found in Yangshuo. Generally, the waterway between Yangdi and Xingping is considered the most beautiful section of the Li River.

It features towering karst mountains, a winding waterway and rural scenery on both banks of the river. The Li River Guangxi is also home to Xingping, which is located on a 180 degree bend in the river with Laozhai Mountain nearby offering incredible panoramic views.
