As at 11th September 2020, 3 star, 4 star and 4.5 star Li River cruise boat can take you to Yangshuo from Guilin. The route of the 3 star cruise boat is from Mopanshan Pier to Longtoushan Pier while the 4 star and 4.5 star cruise boat usually depart from Zhujiang Pier in Guilin and arrive at Shuidongmen Pier in Yangshuo.

From Mopanshan Pier, the 3 star cruise boat will pass by Zhuijang Pier, Wujiu Shoal, Cattle Valley with rocks in different shapes (bats, green lotus, lions and tigers), Expecting Husband Rock, Caoping, Fairy Grinds the Mill, Yangdi, Hills of Children Worship Guanyin, Pen Peak, Carp on the Wall, Wave Stone Legend, Xialongwan, Reflection of Yellow Cloth Shoal, Nine-horse Fresco Hill, Snail Hill and southward to Longtoushan Pier in Yangshuo.

Departing from Zhujiang Pier, the 4 star and the 4.5 star cruise boats also pass by the spots mentioned above and arrive at Shuidongmen Pier in Yangshuo.

The Li River section between Yangdi and Xingping is acclaimed to feature the most amazing karst scenery to admire along the river. Tourists can enjoy the natural beauty between the two spots on a private motorized raft, or with feet. The Li River section in Xingping and in Yangshuo is also good for cycling and hiking.

One is from Yangdi to Nine-horse Fresco Hill and back to Yangdi. The other one is from Xingping to Nine-horse Fresco Hill and back to Xingping. The former route takes around 100 minutes while the latter takes around 60 minutes.
