Most visitors who choose to stay overnight in Yangshuo, bring their luggage on-board the Li River Cruise boats. There is an allocated area for luggage on each boat. Whilst there is currently (January 2020) no strict enforcement of number of pieces of luggage brought on-board, a normal amount of luggage is deemed appropriate. There is also a security scan and check at the pier prior to boarding the Li River Cruise.
