RESCHEDULING

The following rescheduling policy applies for each boat

4.5 Star Li River Cruise Boat Rescheduling

If date change is requested, at least 7 x days prior to original cruise departure notice is required:

  • 1 x FREE RESCHEDULE AVAILABLE *subject to availability* to a later date from original date
  • Based on moving cruise date to a later date
  • If latter date cruise isn’t available, another free reschedule to another later date is available. Otherwise, cancellation policy applies per below cancellation policy.
  • Earlier Date request subject to availability and at discretion of Li River Cruises
  • If rescheduling is required, refund policy does not apply and no refund is provided in the event of cancellation after cruise rescheduling

If additional rescheduling is required after that, 10% additional cost per change.

RESCHEDULING IS NOT PERMITTED 6 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO 4.5 STAR LI RIVER CRUISE DEPARTURE

4 Star Li River Cruise Boat Rescheduling

If date change is requested, at least 6 x days prior to original cruise departure notice is required:

  • 1 x FREE RESCHEDULE AVAILABLE *subject to availability* to a later date from original date
  • Based on moving cruise date to a later date
  • If latter date cruise isn’t available, cancellation policy applies per below within number of days. Otherwise, cancellation policy applies per below cancellation policy.
  • Earlier Date request subject to availability and at discretion of Li River Cruises
  • If rescheduling is required, refund policy does not apply and no refund is provided in the event of cancellation after cruise rescheduling

If additional rescheduling is required after that, 10% additional cost per change.

RESCHEDULING IS NOT PERMITTED 5 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO 4 STAR LI RIVER CRUISE DEPARTURE

3 Star Li River Cruise Boat Rescheduling

If date change is requested, at least 4 x days prior to original cruise departure notice is required:

  • 1 x FREE RESCHEDULE AVAILABLE *subject to availability* to a later date from original date
    Based on moving cruise date to a later date
  • If latter date cruise isn’t available, cancellation policy applies per below within number of days
  • Earlier Date request subject to availability and at discretion of Li River Cruises
  • If rescheduling is required, refund policy does not apply and no refund is provided in the event of cancellation after cruise rescheduling

If additional rescheduling is required after that, 10% additional cost per change.

RESCHEDULING IS NOT PERMITTED 3 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO 3 STAR LI RIVER CRUISE DEPARTURE

CANCELLATIONS

The following cancellation policy applies for the Li River Cruise boat bookings:

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties at least 7 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

  • 95% Refund (service & booking charge applies) will be provided

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties between 4 – 6 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

  • 50% Refund (service & booking charge applies) will be provided

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties between 0 – 3 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

  • 0% Refund (service & booking charge applies)

4 Star Li River Cruise Boat Cancellation

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties at least 7 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

  • 95% Refund (service & booking charge applies) will be provided

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties between 3 – 6 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

  • 50% Refund (service & booking charge applies) will be provided

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties between 0 – 2 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

  • 0% Refund (service & booking charge applies)

Notice provided and confirmed by both parties at least 7 x days in advance notice of cancellation:

*The above calculations are based upon the total number of days prior to the cruise departure. For example, if you have booked a cruise for the 27th June 2018, an example of 3 x days’ notice is contacting us on 24th June 2018 (which is 3 x days prior to the cruise departure date). Time of contact and communication is based on Beijing time.*

 

Boarding begins a half hour before departure. To ensure you get on the cruise at the time you are interested in, please arrive one hour to 45 minutes before the departure to allow yourself time to and make your way to your seating on our cruise.
